A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to preventing businesses licensed by the department of consumer affairs from unlawfully parking on a sidewalk or crosswalk

This local law would require that used car dealers and operator of garages and parking lots obey parking rules that prohibit parking on sidewalks and crosswalks. In the event of repeat violations, DCA would have discretion to suspend or revoke the entity’s license to operate in the City.
