A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to providing for-hire vehicles with an initial thirty day inspection grace period

The purpose of the proposed legislation would be to allow for-hire vehicles that are waiting to be inspected at a TLC inspection site, to be used prior to inspection. Presumably this would help drivers who are otherwise forced to wait for an inspection appointment.
