A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of homeless services to report on short notice resident transfers in shelter

The proposed bill would require the Department of Homeless Services to submit to the Speaker of the Council and post online, a report regarding the number of resident transfers in shelter made with 72 hours or less notice disaggregated by the reason for the transfer.
