Provision of nebulizers in schools.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the provision of nebulizers in schools

This local law would require the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) to purchase, distribute and maintain a nebulizer in every New York City public school for use by students and in the event of an emergency. Further, this local law would require DOHMH to make available appropriate training to school nurses and public health advisors.
