A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of parks and recreation to post information online regarding a queue for street tree maintenance and sidewalk repairs and regarding street tree removals

This bill would expand on local law 65 of 2017 to require the Department of Parks and Recreation to post information online regarding street tree removals and the numbered position in a queue of upcoming street tree maintenance and related sidewalk repairs. Such information would facilitate public awareness of the removal of potentially hazardous trees and would allow individuals and public officials to track requested maintenance in their communities.
