Approval of cemetery uses on land acquired in Queens before 1973.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to approval of cemetery uses on land acquired in Queens before 1973

This bill would allow a cemetery corporation that owns land in Queens to use up to two additional acres acquired before 1973 for cemetery uses, provided such land is across the street and such cemetery corporation first obtains approval for such use from the Council.
