A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to community board notification prior to installing or removing traffic calming devices or installing traffic control signals or devices

This bill would require the Department of Transportation to provide at least 45 days’ notice to community boards having jurisdiction over locations in the City where the Department of Transportation proposes to install or remove a traffic calming device or traffic control signal or device.
