A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the creation of a fair hiring practices task force

This bill would create a Task Force to evaluate whether any physical testing utilized by any city agency, office, or department creates a discriminatory impact on the basis of race, gender, or any other improper ground.
