Towing of motor vehicles.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to towing of motor vehicles

The proposed legislation would require the New York City Police Department to tow, within 30 days after receiving a complaint, any motor vehicle that is parked on a public street with a missing license plate or registration sticker.
