Verification of asbestos abatement.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to verification of asbestos abatement

This bill would require a Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) inspector to perform a site inspection and verify successful asbestos abatement before the Department of Buildings can issue any construction permits.
