Enacting the Child Protection Notification Act.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to enacting the Child Protection Notification Act.

This bill would require the New York Police Department to notify the Administration for Children’s Services when it arrests a person who is the primary caregiver to a child under the age of 18.
