Requiring a color photograph of designated building janitors in buildings with multiple dwellings

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring a color photograph of designated building janitors in buildings with multiple dwellings

This bill would require that building owners of buildings that contain multiple dwellings post a color photograph of the designated building janitor in addition to the contact information they are already required to make available to all tenants.
