A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to exempting hand-rolled cigars from the price floors established in 2017

This bill would create a definition for hand-rolled cigars, distinguishing them from other cigars and little cigars, and then exempt them from the price floor increases established by Local Law 145 of 2017. The price floor for hand-rolled cigars under this bill would be $3 per cigar.
