A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring council approval before the removal of a statue on city property
This bill would make the removal of a statue on City property subject to approval by a majority vote in the Council, limiting the ability of the mayor or City agencies to remove statues independently of Council input.
