Testing of soil for the presence of lead.
A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the testing of soil for the presence of lead
This proposed law would require the city to perform testing for lead in soil upon the request of the real property owner or tenant if the property is within 300 feet of a state arterial highway or Manhattan crossing.
