A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of finance to include information regarding language access services in notice packages

This local law would require the Department of Finance to include in notice packages a document advising taxpayers and participants or applicants of benefit programs that free language assistance services are available at its offices and how such services may be accessed. The notice must be provided in multiple languages.
