A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of education to report on student health services in correlation with student housing status for students in kindergarten through grade eight

This bill would require the department of education to provide, in its annual report on student health and student health services to the Council, data on school based health centers, common student illnesses, and health screenings. The data would specifically be disaggregated by student housing status for students in kindergarten through grade eight in order to assist the Council in identifying unique or acute health challenges faced by such students who reside in temporary housing.
