A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requests for proposals for council-funded capital projects

This local law would require agencies to provide an electronic copy of any request for proposal (RFP) or other public notice of opportunity to contract with the City for the completion of a capital project funded by a Council Member to the applicable Council Member(s) and to the Council.
