A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to energy efficiency scores and grades for certain buildings

The proposed legislation, if enacted, would require that property owners post the information about a building’s energy efficiency in a conspicuous place, make the information publicly available on line and audit the information annually involving appropriate sample sizes.
