Requiring reporting on incarcerated parents with children and children of incarcerated parents.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring reporting on incarcerated parents with children and children of incarcerated parents

This bill would require the Department of Correction to collect and report information on incarcerated parents with children and require the Administration of Children Services to report on its Children of Incarcerated Parents Program.
