A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to certain sanitation violations received during declared emergencies or severe weather conditions

This bill would create an affirmative defense for certain sanitation violations in situations of a declared local state of emergency or a public request by the Mayor that residents remain indoors.
