A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to enabling compliance with the City’s record keeping requirements

This bill would require the Department of Consumer Affairs to establish a record keeping assistance program where individuals could have the civil penalties for violations related to record keeping waived if they attend a course on record keeping.
