A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the city to prepare a plan to prevent sewer system backups

This bill would require, that by December 31, 2018, the Commissioner of Environmental Protection submit a plan to prevent sewer backups to the Mayor and the Council. Such plan would also have to be posted on the Department of Environmental Protection’s website.
