A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the posting of information related to products and services offered at funeral homes

This bill would require all funeral homes in the City to post a notice of consumer rights as provided in federal, state and local laws. The bill would require DCA to produce this notice, in English and in the six LEP languages, and provide it to all funeral homes within the City. The bill would require funeral homes to post this notice conspicuously in the business establishment in English and any of the six LEP languages in which services are offered.
