A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to procedures for the transportation of staff on Rikers Island
This bill requires the Department of Correction to ensure that Department-provided transportation on Rikers Island does not permit the intermingling of staff and visitors or recently released inmates.
