A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to restoration requirements after the opening of a protected street

This bill would require any restoration of pavement, made subsequent to opening a protected street, to be subject to conditions that may be established by rule, including appropriate guarantees against the deterioration of the restored pavement and may include restoration of the pavement.
