Prohibiting discrimination in public contracting.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to prohibiting discrimination in public contracting

This bill would make it unlawful for a city agency to deny any person a public contracting opportunity because of their actual or perceived race, creed, color, national origin, age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or alienage or citizenship status.
