Transfer of non-public campaign funds.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the transfer of non-public campaign funds

This bill would require that a uniform standard be applied to the transfer of funds between a candidate’s City campaign accounts if those accounts are filing timely disclosure statements.
