Adjudication of campaign finance violations.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the adjudication of campaign finance violations

This bill would require that candidates, at their own discretion, have the right to select a hearing before a tribunal of the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings for alleged violations and proposed penalties. It would also establish timeframes for the calendaring of all adjudications.
