A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of transportation to provide notice of its approval of applications to open street segments or intersections that have been reconstructed or resurfaced within the previous five years

This bill would require the Department of Transportation to provide electronic notification to affected council members, borough presidents, and community boards of its approval of a permit application to open a street segment or intersection that has been reconstructed or resurfaced within the previous five years.
