Nuisance Abatement Fairness Act - Prohibiting permanent exclusions pursuant to the nuisance abatement law.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to limiting exclusions of natural persons pursuant to the nuisance abatement law

This bill limits the amount of time an individual may be excluded from a property by a nuisance abatement action to one year, or three years in special circumstances.
