Certificate of authority to collect state sales tax as required for mobile food vendors

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to certificate of authority to collect state sales tax as required for mobile food vendors

This bill would provide that only applications for a mobile food vendor permit require the production of a certificate of authorization to collect state sales taxes.
