Public access to noise mitigation plans.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to public access to noise mitigation plans

This bill would require the Department of Environmental Protection to collect all noise mitigation plans from construction sites and make those plans publicly available on the DEP website. The bill would also require the conspicuous posting of noise mitigation plans on the exterior of construction sites.
