Review and inspection of courthouse emergency management plans.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the review and inspection of courthouse emergency management plans

This bill would require the Office of Emergency management to conduct a yearly review of emergency management plans for the City’s court system, and issue a yearly report to the Council on this topic.
