Requiring that the 311 website, app, and phone line allow for persons to request snow and ice removal on pedestrian bridges and that those reports be routed to the appropriate agency.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring that the 311 website, app, and phone line allow for persons to request snow and ice removal on pedestrian bridges and that those reports be routed to the appropriate agency

This law will allow individuals who access the 311 website, app and phone line to be able to request that snow and ice be cleared from pedestrian bridges. This law will also ensure that that the request goes to the appropriate agency that is in charge of snow removal.
