A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to prohibiting inmate contact by staff of the department of correction accused of sexually abusing inmates

This bill would prohibit staff of the Department of Correction who are accused of sexually assaulting inmates from having contact with any inmate while such accusations are investigated, unless the accusing inmate has repeatedly made unfounded accusations of sexual abuse while in custody.
