Requiring the dept of correction to report on sexual abuse.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of correction to report on sexual abuse

This bill would require the Department of Correction to provide detailed, public, quarterly reports on incidents of sexual abuse in DOC facilities, and on the outcomes of the investigations of such incidents.
