A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to reporting on obsolete public housing dwelling units and components and systems of public housing buildings

This bill would require the New York City Housing Authority (“NYCHA”) to make publicly available online and submit to the Council an annual report on public housing dwelling units and components and systems of public housing buildings that are, in the determination of NYCHA, obsolete or soon to be obsolete.
