A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to required disclosures by persons making buyout offers

This bill would require the Department of Housing Preservation and Development to report on median market rate rents, disaggregated by community district and number of bedrooms. It would also require persons making buyout offers to disclose such median market rate rents and calculate the number of months of such rent such buyout offer would cover.
