A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to modifying the timing and deliberation time for the quadrennial advisory commission for the review of compensation levels of elected officials

This bill would amend the timing of the commission appointed to review the compensation of elected officials by extending the amount of time a commission has to conduct a review and issue a report to 120 days following its appointment. The bill would also amend the year in which the commission is appointed from the second year of a four-year cycle to the third year.
