Increasing the penalties for the unlawful opening of fire hydrants.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to increasing the penalties for the unlawful opening of fire hydrants.

This bill would increase the minimum penalties for the unlawful opening, use, operation, or tampering with a fire hydrant from 50 to 250 dollars.
