A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to mold assessment, mold abatement and mold remediation for certain buildings

This bill would establish minimum standards for carrying out mold assessment, mold abatement and mold remediation for buildings that contain 10 or more dwelling units or is located on a zoning lot that contains 25,000 or more square feet of non-residential floor area.
