Fire hydrant signage
A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to fire hydrant signage
This bill would require the department of environmental protection to place signage on fire hydrants indicating that opening or tampering with the hydrants is prohibited, and provide information on penalties and as well as how to request a hydrant be opened, such as for a spray cap.
