Banning personal care products containing microbeads.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to banning personal care products containing microbeads.

This bill would ban the sale of personal care products and over the counter drugs that contain microbeads. Microbeads in consumer products would be banned starting January 1, 2016.
