Construction work permits

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to construction work permits

This bill would impose additional penalties for performing construction work without a permit and increase oversight for buildings where such work has been performed. It would also require the posting of information concerning the occupancy status of a building subject to a permit.
