Reporting on the capital needs of public housing.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to reporting on the capital needs of public housing

This bill would require the New York City Housing Authority (“NYCHA”) to make publicly available online and submit to the Council an annual report on the capital needs of the public housing located in the City, including the capital needs of each building containing public housing, the aggregate capital needs of all public housing, and the amount of money NYCHA plans to spend to address the capital needs of each building.
