Waste collection from nursing homes.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to waste collection from nursing homes

This bill would require the Department of Sanitation to collect solid waste from nursing homes at no cost to the nursing homes and regardless of whether the nursing home is a for-profit entity.
