A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to civil penalties for street construction, maintenance, repair, obstruction, and closure violations

The bill would increase civil penalties for violations of the Administrative Code relating to street construction, maintenance, repairs, obstructions and closures, raising the maximum amount of such penalties from $500 or $1000 to $5,000 and from $5,000 to $10,000.
