Notifying a business when the city has received a request for service or complaint about its operation.
A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to notifying a business when the city has received a request for service or complaint about its operation.
This legislation will require the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications to create a notification system, whereby business owners can be informed of any complaints lodged against them. Participation is voluntarily, and notification can be received via text message or email.
