Availability of joint living-work quarters for artists.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the availability of joint living-work quarters for artists

This bill would require the Department of Cultural Affairs (DCLA) to maintain a list of joint living-work quarters for artists and inform individuals eligible to reside in such quarters when there is a vacancy. It would also require building owners to notify DCLA when there is a vacancy in such quarters.
